The Training Center for System Technology of Deutsche Windtechnik (“German Wind Technology”) provides a deep insight in the turbine technology and how to optimize maintenance works. In Brazil, this is of increasing importance for the older turbine generations, where manufacturer-independent maintenance and repair turn out to be a topical matter for owners and service providers.

With permanently installed nacelles of the manufacturers Vestas, NEG Micon, Siemens, Enercon, and Senvion, almost the entire spectrum of technology that service technicians deal with in daily work is represented. Maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks regarding electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics, control and operation can be practiced in a realistic but well controlled environment.

Deutsche Windtechnik is a specialist in the maintenance and repair of wind turbines on land and at sea. The day-to-day business includes the planning and implementation of maintenance, repair, upgrading and inspection procedures. The Training Center for System Technology is located in the very north of Germany in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein.

The participants of the Onshore Delegation 2020 will have the unique chance to experience the best-practice-approach of employee training in a practical manner.
